Wow! How did it just become November 22nd? I have had no sense of time these past few months. Does anyone else feel like that?
Today I want to talk about some kindness. But first:

2020 has been a challenging year for all of us. It’s taught us all a thing or two. I was leaving PT the other day. Saw someone I knew and they were so sweet. I left in such a better mood than when I came. I started thinking about it and all she did was ask how I was doing and paid me some kindness. It took 20 seconds! Think about that. It’s the easiest thing you can do is show some more love to others. You have the potential to change someone’s day just by shooting them a smile and nice word.
These past few months I have seen people get so heated, so mad at anyone who doesn’t share tlheir opinion. Seen a lot of friends and even family members fall out over not having the same beliefs.
Listen...I have had moments I am mad too. But being mad is ok. Having feelings about something is ok. We are not required to like everyone. But I don’t find it necessary to be hateful. It’s perfectly ok to have feelings without hurting someone else.
How about we try flipping the script?!? Let’s be good to one another. I challenge all of you to do something kind for someone this week. Go out of your way a bit. Send someone encouragement. Help out a friend. Lend a hand. I promise you will feel so much better about yourself, which will give you so much more inner peace! ♥️🙏
